Dear Food Facility Permittee,
On March 24, 2021, Santa Clara County moved into Tier 3 (Orange Tier) of the State’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy. Accordingly, food facilities, including grocery stores, restaurants, wineries, bars, breweries, and distilleries, must now comply with the State rules applicable to them under the Orange Tier.
