Update for Facilities

The Department of Environmental Health (DEH) understands that the current efforts the community has taken to minimize COVID-19 is causing some difficulty and concern with permit issuance, renewals and invoicing. We encourage you to utilize our online payment method or continue to mail in your permit fees through the mail. If for some reason this is not possible, during this time DEH will suspend proceeding with permit suspensions due to fiscal non-compliance. Late penalties for non-payment will also be waived for the duration of this public health emergency. DEH will provide flexibility to bring all accounts current when normal operations resume.

Please be advised your facility is still obligated to obtain a permit prior to commencing operation and meet all safe operating requirements for continued operation. If you are looking to obtain a new permit to operate during this time or are in the processing of changing ownership of your facility, please contact DEH so that evaluation can be made as to whether or not we can issue a permit at this time.

  • Credit Cards - Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express (No additional fee will be charged for credit card payment.)
  • Debit Card
  • Electronic Check
