Dear Body Art Services Permittee,
On January 25, 2021, the State lifted its Regional Stay at Home Order and its Limited Stay at Home Order. Accordingly, personal care services providers, including body art services providers, must now comply with the State rules applicable to them under Tier 1 (Purple Tier) of the State’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy (“Blueprint”), including applicable State COVID-19 Industry Guidance Documents; the County Health Officer’s October 5th, 2020, Revised Risk Reduction Order; the County’s Mandatory Directive for Personal Care Services; the County’s Mandatory Directive on Capacity; and any other applicable County mandatory directives.
