Dear Permit Holder:
On March 31, 2020, the Santa Clara County Health Officer issued a new mandatory legal order (“Order”), which replaces the prior shelter-in-place order issued on March 16, 2020. As of 11:59 pm on March 31, 2020, all individuals and businesses in the County must comply with the new Order. Similar orders are in effect across the Bay Area, including in Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Contra Costa, Alameda, Santa Cruz, and Sonoma Counties.
