On May 18, 2020, the Santa Clara County Health Officer issued a new mandatory legal order (“Order”), extending shelter-in-place requirements. Effective May 22, 2020, all individuals and businesses in the County must comply with the new Order. The Order will remain in effect until the Health Officer amends or rescinds it.
