As you may be aware, the State announced on Tuesday that Santa Clara County was moved from Tier 1 (Purple) to Tier 2 (Red) in the State’s new COVID-19 regulatory framework, and some local indoor business operations were reopened as a result. The State’s action on Tuesday did not modify the County’s July 2 Risk Reduction Order, and businesses and activities must still comply with all industry-specific mandatory directives set forth by the County and State, including having a Social Distancing Protocol on file and displayed.
