Dear Pool Operator,
On January 25, 2021, the State lifted its Regional Stay at Home Order and its Limited Stay at Home Order. Accordingly, gyms and fitness facilities, including swimming pools, must now comply with the State rules applicable to them under Tier 1 (Purple Tier) of the State’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy (“Blueprint”), including applicable State COVID-19 Industry Guidance Documents; the County Health Officer’s October 5th, 2020, Revised Risk Reduction Order; the County’s Mandatory Directive on Capacity; the County’s Mandatory Directive for Gatherings; the County’s Mandatory Directive on Youth and Adult Recreational Athletic Activities, and any other applicable County mandatory directives.
