We write to inform you that on November 16, 2020, the State moved the County of Santa Clara into the Purple Tier (Tier One), the most restrictive tier in the State’s “Blueprint for a Safer Economy.” Effective at 12:01 a.m. on November 17, 2020, County and State Health Officer Orders temporarily prohibit operation of indoor swimming pools in Santa Clara County. Indoor swimming pools must remain closed while the County is in the Purple Tier or Red Tier (Tier Two) of the State’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy. Indoor hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms must also remain closed
